This self-paced course is for entry level VA loan specialists and lender staff who are interested in becoming a VA - approved underwriter. The course provides information on VA's underwriting procedures, credit standards and associated requirements. The course is divided into modules with questions and activities on the concepts presented. The average time to complete this course is 20 hours.
