• Fillable Fee or Roster Designation Application for Fee Personnel Designation (form VA 26-6681)
  You may either click on the link, and fill the form out, or right-click the link
  and select "Save Target As..." and save the form to your hard drive.
• If you fill the form out on-line, once the form is filled out, you need to save it first, by clicking on the "floppy" icon on the toolbar. Once it's saved, please send to 39/va262@va.gov.

Should you want confirmation that VA received your application, you must configure your e-mail software program to do so.
